A little gem of authentic Italy in Culcheth. Just like a traditional trattoria, they serve all of the UKs favourite Italian dishes with big portions full of flavour.
The pizzas are divine, I would highly reccommend the calzone as a main... or as a sharing starter a garlic bread with tomato (or cheese if you prefer) and it is a must to ask for a side order of the spare-rib sauce - all the locals do! The spare-ribs are mouthwateringly fingerlickingly good!
I love the atmosphere created by the owners, Santo and Rios - the open kitchen with Italian accents flying around and the down to earth approach of service - it's not fancy high class service it's just real!
